Privacy

Account names, email addresses and identifiers support authentication. Company details, construction projects, addresses, reports, uploaded photos and audio, issues and material requests support company operations. Authorized staff records may include employment and payroll information. Apple transaction identifiers validate subscriptions; device tokens deliver optional notifications.

Supabase provides authentication, database and private storage. Apple provides sign-in, purchases and push notifications; Google provides optional sign-in. Address searches use the services available on the device. Data is used for app functionality and authorized collaboration. We do not sell personal data or track users across apps for advertising.

Owners assign project and sector access. Clients receive only authorized publications. Sent records are stored on the server; unsent reports and requests may remain on the device. Sessions use iOS Keychain and connections use HTTPS.

Initiate account deletion under More → Your account → Delete your account. Personal account data is removed or anonymized during processing; business records may be retained where applicable obligations require it. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions in Apple settings.

Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion rights under applicable law. OBRIZA is a professional construction management app and is not directed at children. This policy will be updated when processing changes.

Using OBRIZA

Owners set up company details, a plan and responsible people. Staff join using an invitation and owner approval. Use Daily reports to record work and Materials to submit a list for approval, quotation and purchasing. Subscription information is available under Your account → Company plan.
